"Delicious platters of beautifully shucked oysters. They were excellent and it was easy doing business with you. Thank you Christopher. One comment: either cut the lemons into smaller wedges for use on oysters, or reduce number of lemons The way you cut them makes them difficult to squeeze the juice out and a big waste. I don’t like to waste anything! My party of 16 ate all 125 oysters and commented on how good they were. Good luck in your business. Diana McNeill"
